28th January 2012
This
house was built in 1841 by Samuel Pidwell, a wealthy brewer from London.
It was bought by the Council in 1889 and housed the Penzance Library. After
the Library visit the group enjoyed lunch at Archie Brown's vegetarian
cafe in Bread Street. |
Our social events tend to alterate between outings to places of interest, and bring and share lunches at the homes of members. Contact our secretary Linnea for information on the next planned event. Telephone 01209 716470
